Q. What was the inspiration behind creating the Cosyfeet brand?
A. When Cosyfeet was started in the early 1980's there weren't any companies making very wide footwear for people with foot problems so Cosyfeet was developed to address this gap in the market and has gone from strength to strength since.
Q. How long have you worked for Cosyfeet?
A. I joined Cosyfeet in 2001 so will be celebrating 10 years of service for the company later this year.
Q. Why did you join Cosyfeet?
A. I'd just finished doing A levels and wasn't really sure what to do next so thought I'd do some temping to gain some experience and I've never left! During my time I've worked in nearly all the departments throughout the business which has given me a really good understanding of how the business works.
Q. What's the best thing about working at Cosyfeet?
A. The best thing is the people. Everyone who works here is really friendly and many colleagues have become good friends. The customers as a whole are also really nice and it's satisfying to know what a difference some of our products make to their lives.
Q. What makes the Cosyfeet Brand different to other footwear retailers?
A. Cosyfeet specialises in extra wide and deep footwear for people with very wide or swollen feet. We have the largest range of extra roomy footwear available anywhere in the UK.
Q. What's it like to work for Cosyfeet?
A. It's a really nice company who values it's staff and customers. I can honestly say that I enjoy coming to work every day.
Q. What's your favourite Cosyfeet item?
A. That's a tricky one! I guess it would have to be our stretchy Elastane shoes, they are so versatile and perfect for really problem or sensitive feet.
Q. How does Cosyfeet ensure it offers the best customer service?
A. We try and ensure we offer a quick and friendly service. We have a experienced customer care team who are all trained on our products and we aim to despatch orders within 24 hours so it's very common to receive your order the day after placing it. We also have a No Quibble returns policy which means customers can try a product and if they don't like it they can return it at any point for are a refund or exchange. That's pretty unique these days.
